Why did Thaos want to frame animancers for Waidwen's Legacy? Who exactly were you in your past life? They hint at a few things, but you don't really find out anything specific. This ending seems to me like it was extremely rushed. Despite dragging on, and on, and on, it fails to explain anything and wrap up the plot in a satisfying and logical way. Ill try to answer the questions to the best of my knowledge from a single play through.ġ. As far as I understand it, in this world all souls are reincarnated. I think they made the machines originally to be able to pick and choose where this soul goes, rather than randomly reincarnating. They would then re direct the souls of their dead warriors into Animats who protected their holy lands and cities.
